The Arizona Bizee Alternative for When Free Runs Out

Form your company through Bizee, the outfit that used to be Incfile, and agent service rides along free for three to twelve months depending on which package you picked. That is not a gimmick. If you were paying somebody to handle your Articles of Organization regardless, free coverage on top is money you did not spend, and turning it down to prove a point would be silly.

The issue is never the free part. It is the calendar.

Diary the Day It Flips to $149

Bizee's standalone agent rate is $149 a year, and that is the number that starts billing the moment your included window closes. Because the window length depends on your package tier, there is no single date you can look up, which is exactly why so many owners get surprised by the first charge.

Fifty dollars a year is not going to sink anybody. It is just a gap that repeats forever on a service where nothing about the output ever changes, and it starts on a date you probably will not be thinking about when it arrives.

Arizona Asks Your LLC for Nothing Annual

Worth knowing while you shop, because it changes what an agent is actually for around here. Arizona is one of the very few states that requires no annual report from an LLC and charges no franchise tax; the Corporation Commission spells that out in its own FAQ. Corporations still file yearly at $45, but an LLC has no recurring state filing whatsoever.

So two rules for Arizona buyers. Ignore any add-on offering to handle your LLC's annual report, since there isn't one to handle. And recognize what that leaves: the agent appointment is the single thing the state expects you to keep current at all times, and letting it lapse is grounds for dissolving the company. The service you are shopping for is not a nice-to-have here. It is the compliance program.
